Penzey’s has the real thing in the powdered form… and the imitation stuff.

Just to let you know that Pacific Farms has not grown Wasabi for quite a few years. Our company is the only commercial grower of Wasabi in North America with farms in British Columbia, Michigan, Washington and Oregon. Have a visit to our website at: http://www.wasabia.com.
